AI Contract Overview
The Department of the Air Force is conducting a market survey to identify qualified sources capable of providing Small Composite Cleanroom Modification services at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma. The project involves transforming a modular cleanroom into an 800-square-foot, environmentally controlled area with specific features such as an environmental control air handling unit, overhead ducted systems, high-speed fabric roll-up doors, vacuum and compressed air ports, and monitoring systems integrated with Tinker AFB’s network. The scope includes furnishing and installing specialized equipment, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, and meeting the standards of a manufacturer with ISO9001 certification. Interested contractors, including small businesses and joint ventures, are encouraged to submit documentation demonstrating their capabilities, experience, and how they plan to address any gaps in expertise through teaming or subcontracting. The government emphasizes that participation in this survey does not guarantee future contract awards and will not reimburse expenses incurred. The response deadline is October 17, 2025, and questions can be directed to designated contacts at the Air Force. This effort aims to establish a qualified pool of sources for a potential one-year service contract to support the cleanroom modification project.
