1. FUNDING SOURCE: Client 2. EXECUTION TEAM: FEAD 3. WORK LOCATION: SSTC, BL262, Interior, 2nd Deck 4. TENANT LOCATION POC INFO: -LOC POC COMMAND: Group Eight -UIC: N39578 -LOC Financial POC NAME: 5. ISSUE & IMPACT if not completed: Mission need by Date: FY25 Q2 Currently there are personnel under from three different command occupying the building. The current layout does not align with the requirements for the influx in personnel. The B-262 project will reconfigure the rooms mentioned in the project scope, to maximize the amount of people and workstations. 6. FULL PROJECT SCOPE: Project scope for NSW Group 8 B-262 located at the SOF Coastal Campus, Coronado, CA will include Rooms C232-A, C232-C, C233-A, C234-A, C235-A, C236-A, and C219 to include programming, furniture plan, Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) procurement package. The FF&E package includes selection of furnishings, FF&E finishes, and materials. We are requesting the interior design will be accomplished by NAVFAC SW Interior Design In-house services. • The furniture plans will require coordination with an Electrical Engineer due to the added workstations. An Electrical Engineer will be required to determine if there is enough electrical capacity on the existing electrical circuits to support the added load. Or if more circuits will need to be added to building, and how many. Electrical Engineer will also include added phone lines for each workstation and added Audio Visual, and NMCI drops. • Structural Engineer will be required to ...
