This is not a solicitation for services or commodities. Pursuant to 287.057 F.S., this is a public notice posting of an agency decision for a single source procurement. It is the Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s intended decision to award the referenced single source to Stevens Water Monitoring System, Inc.Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceeding under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
