STS TACH TIME

The contract solicitation W50S8L26QA001, titled STS TACH TIME, is a total small business set-aside under FAR 19.5, seeking a qualified contractor to provide 40 hours of aircraft tach time for military parachute training operations during the fiscal years 2026 and 2027, from September 30, 2026, through September 29, 2027. The contractor must supply one C-23B Sherpa, Skyvan, or an aircraft of equivalent capacity along with certified aircrew to support a range of airborne proficiency training activities including Military Tandem Tethered Bundle, Military Free Fall, High Altitude Low Opening, High Altitude High Opening, Double Bag Static Line, and Static Line operations across designated locations in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Merced California, Elsinore California, and DeLand Florida. All aircraft and aircrew must be approved by the U.S. Air Mobility Command with current certifications and licensing. Coordination for aircraft utilization must occur at least 30 days in advance of each scheduled mission, and the Government retains the right to schedule flights in day and night blocks with intervening shutdown periods.
