Pre-solicitation Subsistence RFQP0205-10000-10 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Medical Center Devens located in Ayer, Massachusetts intends to issue solicitation RFQP0205-10000-10, for the requirement of: Subsistence. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination, delivery date will be on or about July 16, 2010. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Medical Center Devens, 36 Independence Drive, Building 1677, Devens, MA 01434. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be the best overall value to the Government, in regards to price, delivery and past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 18, 2010, and will be posted to the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is June 11, 2010. The Government reserves the right to decide how payment will be made using either Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Government Purchase Card.
