WRD is seeking firms to submit their qualifications and cost proposal to provide in system flow monitoring and maintenance-related services. Qualified firms shall be capable of providing data analysis, operation and maintenance services for all equipment, quality assurance/quality control, data finalization, reporting on a monthly basis, wireless data upload and webhosting services and data review meetings with WRD as needed. The selected contractor will be expected to provide equipment rentals, installation and maintenance services for all requested equipment services, WRD will not provide installation support for any equipment or wireless webhosting services. WRD shall have access to the webhosting platform at all times, including the camera, rain gauge, area-velocity sensors, manhole monitoring equipment and any other equipment installed under this contract. The selected contractor shall provide technical support to WRD for the webhosting services including at least one (1) training session with WRD for the webhosting site. Work locations vary throughout the City from fully residential to downtown commercial areas.
