Performance will be monitored via a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan, with non-conformance managed through Corrective Action Requests. The contract utilizes a staggered phase-in schedule for grounds maintenance starting in early 2027, while winter operations for all locations are slated to begin November 1, 2026.
