Roswell Park Cancer Institute, a designated comprehensive cancer center, is seeking professional design and consulting services through a competitive RFP process to support its ongoing renovation and infrastructure projects across its campus in Buffalo, NY. The projects are funded by an annual facilities capital budget of approximately $15 million, aimed at accommodating new research initiatives, clinical needs, and infrastructure upgrades. The institute plans to award multiple zero-dollar, three-year initial term agreements to qualified design professionals across various disciplines, with the possibility of renewal for up to six years. These agreements are intended to provide specialized services for construction, alteration, rehabilitation, and maintenance activities, although they do not guarantee work beyond the contractual arrangement. The contract scope covers a broad NAICS code (561320), indicating a focus on professional, scientific, and technical services. Interested parties are invited to submit proposals by June 21, 2024, and may contact Rob Henschel, the Strategic Sourcing Manager, for questions or further information. The contract duration is anticipated to span from three to six years, with the potential for renewal, supporting Roswell Park’s mission to maintain state-of-the-art facilities and infrastructure in Erie County.
