The Mississippi Department of Child Protection Services (MDCPS) is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive drug and alcohol testing services for its employees, potential employees, interns, volunteers, and court-ordered children and families across the state. Services must comply with U.S. Department of Health and Human Services regulations and include specimen collection within a 45-mile radius, laboratory analysis using certified facilities, Medical Review Officer review, blind sampling, and result reporting within 48 hours of collection. The contractor must maintain strict chain-of-custody protocols, use Non-MDOT 9 Panel + MDMA testing standards, and submit annual statistical reports and itemized invoices.
