Sealed bids for the “TUNXIS MEAD BASKETBALL COURTS REHABILITATION PROJECT” will be accepted by the Town of Farmington at the Finance Department, 20 Monteith Drive, 3rd Floor, Farmington, CT 06032, until 11:00 A.M. local time, on September 10, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Prior to the public opening of the bids, any bid submitted may be withdrawn by the bidder. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the Tunxis Mead Recreation Area, 80 Tunxis Mead Rd., Farmington, CT 06032. Each BID shall be accompanied by a certified check, bid bond, treasurer’s check or cashier’s check issued by a responsible bank, trust or surety company made payable to the Town of Farmington in an amount equal to five percent.
