In accordance with Texas Education Code, Section 51.783, the University of Houston (“Owner”) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals (each, a “Proposal”) from qualified firms (each a “Respondent”) for Hilton Hotel Underground Garage Structural Repairs (the “Project”), located at 4450 University Dr., Houston, Texas 77204. All labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary and reasonably inferable to Hilton Hotel Underground Garage Structural Repairs in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by Kirksey Architects, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as EXHIBIT A. ==A mandatory pre-conference meeting and site visit will take place on Friday, August 21, 2026 @ 3:00 PM, Hilton Hotel, 4450 University Drive, Suite S104 (Conference Room).
