Training Support

The Department of National Defence is seeking professional services to support Canadian Armed Forces training programs delivered through the Canadian Forces Logistics Training Centre, Royal Canadian Logistics Service, and Military Personnel Generation Training Group. The scope encompasses administrative and logistic support, training support, instructional support, and courseware development, with an estimated total effort of 5,299 days across all required roles. This solicitation is restricted exclusively to Tier 2 holders of the E60ZT-18TSPS supply arrangement who meet specific resource qualifications: Project Planner (Junior and Intermediate levels), Learning Advisor (Senior level), Learning Designer (Junior and Senior levels), and Instructor (Junior and Senior levels). All offerings must be performed within Canada over a two-year contract period following award. Bidders must demonstrate eligibility through the required supply arrangement and must comply with security requirements, including a Facility Security Clearance at the Secret level for the organization and Reliability Status for all personnel, though these clearances are not required at the time of bid submission. The procurement is subject to multiple international and domestic trade agreements including the WTO-AGP, CPTPP, CFTA, CETA, and several bilateral agreements.
