The Defense Commissary Agency is conducting market research to identify qualified small business contractors capable of providing trash removal services at three commissary locations: Harrison Village in Indianapolis, Indiana; West Point in Valley Cottage, New York; and Pittsburg in Moon Township, Pennsylvania. This request is not a solicitation but a sources sought notice aimed at gathering information to support future contracting decisions, and no formal procurement is currently active.
