Triangle Specific Plan

Permit No. 19753, titled the 805 Riverfront Street Emergency Vehicles Access Project, authorizes the City of West Sacramento to perform construction work on the right bank landslide levee of the Sacramento River, located approximately 900 feet southwest of Tower Bridge. The project scope involves constructing a concrete paved emergency access driveway that connects the landside of the levee to the existing River Walk Trail. To ensure environmental stability, the project includes the installation of 8-inch fiber rolls along the side perimeter for temporary erosion protection, which are to be removed once vegetation is fully established.
