SYSTEMS ULC, in Joint Venture Description of the Requirement: Public Services and Procurement Canada’s Human Resources Branch requires the support services of two Senior Organizational Design and Classification Consultants to: • review organizations’ mandates, • review position job descriptions and classification rationales; • work with stakeholders to propose updates, and, • provide guidance and develop organizational model options and associated parameters. Protected B Applicable Trade Agreements: None This procurement is set aside from the international trade agreements under the provision each has for measures with respect to indigenous peoples or for set-asides for small and minority businesses. Further to Article 800 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), CFTA does not apply to this procurement. Proposed period of contract: The proposed period of contract will be from date of Contract award to one year later. Any resulting contract will include the irrevocable option to extend the resulting contract term by up to 2 additional 1-year periods under the same conditions. Estimated Level of Effort: The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for up to 60 days/year.
