Description of Work: The purpose of this Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requirement is to acquire the services of TWO (2) LEVEL 3 Organizational Design and Classification Consultants (1.2) on an “as and when requested” basis for a estimated level of effort of 100 days each with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods. The estimated level of effort for each option year is 100 days per consultant.
