The Human Resources Division (HRD) of the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS) requires a Senior Organizational design and classification Consultant on an “as and when requested basis” provide critical analysis of proposed work descriptions and rationales (written by a job description writer) and possible org structure changes to determine if they are feasible as per the Hay Plan standard for EX classification in the federal public service.
