TTO Office-Wide Solicitation Proposers Day

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency Tactical Technology Office is hosting a Proposers Day on October 27-28, 2026, at the DARPA Conference Center in Arlington, Virginia. This event is designed to provide potential proposers with detailed information regarding the objectives of the TTO Office-Wide Solicitation, DARPA-PS-26-123. The primary goal is to accelerate the development of new platforms and weapons, including naval and aerospace platforms, novel propulsion, advanced autonomy, and cutting-edge munitions, to maintain a strategic advantage in existing and new battlespaces. This event is a special notice and does not constitute a formal solicitation for proposals, nor will DARPA provide reimbursement for participation costs. Attendance is strictly limited to U.S. citizens with active Top Secret clearances, with SCI eligibility required for certain meetings. There is no virtual attendance option. To be eligible, interested parties must submit a personal biography of no more than two paragraphs per attendee, a one-paragraph statement of interest, and all necessary security documentation. Per Amendment 01, the deadline for these registration and security clearance submissions is October 5, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. ET. All submitted documents must be clearly labeled with DARPA-SN-26-105, and proprietary information must be explicitly marked as such, as the term Confidential is reserved for National Security Information.
