2026/06/18 - Amendment 3: The solicitation amendment provides clarifications to the market:
- In order to be considered, your entity must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). If your entity registration is still processing through the system but has been submitted, please provide your registration papers with your proposal.
- All construction work over $2000k is required to be compliant with the Wage Rate Requirements (formerly Davis Bacon). Please ensure that this requirement is incorporated into your construction cost proposals.
- The USDA is able to accept a water cooler, serviced under the lease, in lieu of a water fountain.
- The USDA requirement for parking lot paving includes drives and the parking spaces. Turnaround areas for large trucks and trailers must be surfaced with a minimum of gravel / stone to carry the toad of the large trucks and trailers.
