The USDA LCO and subject matter experts will be available to offerors for a layout / renovation review prior to the July 1st deadline, either virtually or onsite, upon offeror request. - A fully serviced lease is required.
- Offered space and sites shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
- Additional parking spaces may be located on-site and/or within 1/4 of a mile of the premises, pedestrian accessible.
- Preferred first floor, contiguous space that meets accessibility requirements.
- Sub-leases will not be considered.
- USDA requires that the Lessor supply, install, and maintain a 200 SF exterior storage shed for USDA’s use onsite.
- Pull through parking is required for trucks and cattle trailers, or if not available, an LCO approved alternative that meets the functional intent of pull through parking.
