In accordance with RFO FAR 12.201, this Notice of Intent is to inform all parties the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 located at 6162 South Willow Drive Suite 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 intends to award a sole source procurement for the following requirement to the large business, University of Colorado 13001 E 17th Pl Ste F428, Aurora CO, 80045:

The University of Colorado, Division of Geriatrics is the only academic source in Colorado that is hosting a regional geriatric specific conference. This conference will educate a multi-professional audience on advancing care for older adults with serious illnesses. It will focus on the unique challenges and needs of geriatric patients facing hospitalization and surgery. Topics will include aligning surgery with patients goals, managing geriatric specific health needs, improving discharge processes, and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration in care. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
