The Department of National Defence (DND), through the Canadian Forces Health Services (CFHS), has a requirement to procure procure three (3) Ultra-Low Temperature (ULT) freezers to be delivered within eight (8) weeks of contract award, with options to procure as and when requested up to an additional forty (40) Ultra-Low Temperature (ULT) freezers over the validity of the contract. The Contractor must perform Installation Qualification (IQ), Operation Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) for each ULT Freezer and provide annual maintenance services and support
