**Maximo WO#GW6RDS (DESIGN)** Project will replace an existing 24-in valve on Kamehameha Highway at the intersection with the Halawa Gate entrance. The valve is not functioning properly and needs to be replaced. As part of this project, the vault that houses the valve will be replaced as well. Project preference is for Design-Bid-Build. Project will require planning and EV documentation, and generation of design documents (i.e. basis of design, cost estimate, construction plans, specifications, etc).
