The existing 10-inch VCP line from sewer manholes (SMHs) D8 through D5 experiences oil/water infiltration through failed gaskets in the pipe joints and backwater conditions. Low wastewater velocities and flow through conditions at SY-008 causes solids, debris, and oil to build up in upstream manholes. The following scope of proposed work is provided: 1. Install approximately 1000 feet of 6-inch pressure HDPE pipe through existing 10-inch VCP. 2. Rehabilitate/replace SMHs D8, D7 and D6 and epoxy coat. 3. Reconfigure SMHs D8 and D7 for new pressure line connection. 4. Install transition SMH downstream of SY-008 to allow gravity flow to SMH D4. New pressure line and rehabilitation/repair of the existing manholes will eliminate the oil infiltration from the current sewers constructed within IRP plume.
