The 10th Contracting Squadron at the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) intends to award one firm fixed price contract to a contractor who represents the best value to the Government for Meteorological Services in accordance with (IAW) the USAFA Meteorological Services Performance Work Statement (PWS) 8 Apr 2026 as attachment 1. See the attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation - Meteorological Services for specific instructions. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared IAW the format in the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
All responsible small business concerns may submit a quote, which if received timely, may be considered. The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFQ, either before or after the closing date. The Government bears no legal liability for the costs associated with preparing a quote.
