The AU and AWC personnel require multiple Blanket Purchase agreements by which the selected vendor(s) will provide advertising expertise services customarily provided to similar public and private organizations.
These BPAs are needed to use a major academia media source to reach a wider variety of recipients to apply for positions within the AU/AWC. The vendor(s) will provide a full range of advertising products and services from development of an advertising package to span a wide range of advertising formats, for example, print media, the Internet, and direct contact in markets appropriate to the interest of graduate-level educators, researchers, and administrators.
