Full Description
Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to dissolve the small business set-aside for this requirement. A revised solicitation is provided with this amendment to capture this change and incorporate FAR 52.222-90 into the solicitation. Additionally, the solicitation submission deadline is also extended to 5/27/26 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time.
Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to provide a revise copy of the solicitation that removes the requirement for the quoter to be certified and licensed to work on TRANE products and also reestablish the submission deadline to 5/18/26 at 2:00PM Eastern Time.
The work consists of providing all labor, materials and equipment to replace the Electronic expansion valve (EEV) in a Trane Chiller Model # RTAC-1704-UR0N-UAFN-N1TY1DDN Serial# U09L05904 on circuit number one 01. Refer to the attached Statement of Work for additional details.
All potential quoters are strongly encouraged to visit the site to field verify any/all quantities before submitting quotes. Two site visits will be held on 04/29/2026 at 1000 Eastern Time at USCG Base Portsmouth located at 4000 Coast Guard Blvd, Portsmouth VA 23703. All visitors must complete a visitor access request form in accordance with Base security policy and present a valid Real ID or Passport as a method of identification.
