The USS JOHN CANLEY (ESB 6) Mid-Term Availability (MTA) solicitation, identified as N6264926RL015, is a hybrid Firm-Fixed-Price and Time-and-Materials contract issued by the Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Singapore Office under the Department of Defense for work to be performed primarily within the U.S. 7th Fleet Area of Responsibility, excluding India. The period of performance runs from 1 March 2027 to 15 April 2027, with an optional extension to 30 April 2027, and total contract duration must not exceed six months. Payment will be processed exclusively through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF), with cost vouchers for T&M line items and invoices/receiving reports for fixed-price items, and must be submitted to the designated invoice office.
