AI Contract Overview
The solicitation N6264926Q0355 is for the replacement of the Tank Level Indicator (TLI) transmitter and receiver units for the MRG Sump Tank aboard USS PIONEER (MCM-9), to be performed at Sasebo Naval Base in Nagasaki, Japan. Only offerors with an active U.S. Navy MSRA/ABR Agreement in the Japan Region are eligible to respond, and those without must submit a copy of their approved agreement as part of their proposal. Contractors located outside Japan must provide unambiguous documentation proving compliance with DFARS 252.225-7042; failure to meet this requirement disqualifies them from award. The contract is a firm-fixed-price arrangement with a performance period from July 14, 2026, to October 31, 2026. Award will be made solely on the basis of the lowest total price, as technical acceptability is not re-evaluated—only pre-qualified MSRA/ABR holders are eligible, ensuring prior technical qualification. Deliverables include installation of specific parts (P/N 114897 and RE-36517), calibration per procedure 3.8.3, and application of inspection stickers. All work must comply with applicable military specifications and FAR/DFARS clauses, including hazard reporting under 52.223-3 and quality assurance under 52.246-11. Inspection and acceptance occur at SRF AND JRMC YOKOSUKA, with final authority vested in the Government using DoDAAC N62758. Invoicing must be submitted electronically via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) per DFARS 252.232-7006, and payment is contingent upon availability of funds under DFARS 52.232-18. Contractors must hold a Valid Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and CAGE code, and must comply with cybersecurity standards including Far 252.204-7012 and 252.204-7021, antiterrorism training under 252.204-7004, and restrictions on covered telecommunications equipment under 252.204-7018.
