Utility All-Terrain vehicles

The US Embassy San Salvador, under the Department of State, is soliciting quotations for the procurement of four factory-new Utility All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) to support the National Civilian Police Coastal Police. The requirement consists of two Passenger/Utility ATVs, brand name or equal to the Polaris RZR XP 4 1000 Ultimate Stealth, and two Cargo/Utility ATVs, brand name or equal to the John Deere XUV825 S4 Gas. All vehicles must include a minimum one-year warranty for the engine, drivetrain, chassis, and electrical systems, supported by a local representative in El Salvador. Chinese, generic, clone, or refurbished products are strictly prohibited. This is a firm-fixed price contract where award will be granted to the responsible quoter who is determined to be technically acceptable and offers the lowest evaluated price. Technical acceptability is based on compliance with specifications, delivery, equipment, and warranty requirements. Deliveries must be made as a single, complete shipment on a Door-to-Door basis under Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) terms to the INL Warehouse at COMCA in San Salvador, El Salvador, no later than six months after the contract award. Interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide a technical proposal, pricing schedule, and proof of a local representative with at least five years of established presence in El Salvador. Quotations must be submitted in English as a single PDF file to SanSalvadorProcurement@state.gov by October 26, 2026, at 4:00 PM local time. All inquiries for additional information must be submitted by October 15.
