The Texas Valley Coastal Bend Health Care System (hereafter TXVCBHCS), its associated Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs), and affiliated healthcare clinics require contracted non-emergency ambulance transportation services. The contractor shall provide all vehicles, personnel, management, supplies, equipment, and necessary reporting for the provision of Basic Life Support (BLS) transports services. The contactor shall make these ambulance services available to the VA as needed, 24 hours a day, seven days a week (24/7), including weekends and holidays. The Texas Valley Coastal Bend Health Care System main campus is located 2601 Veterans Drive, Harlingen, Texas 78550, serving over 38,667 veterans, primarily from the Harlingen, Texas, McAllen, Texas, Laredo, Texas, Brownsville, Texas and Corpus Christi, Texas areas and it’s Community-Based Outpatient Clinics.
