Visitors Guide Distribution Services

The City of Santa Fe is soliciting bids under solicitation FY27-ITB-013 for a vendor to provide comprehensive distribution and fulfillment services for the annual Santa Fe Visitors Guide. The selected vendor will be responsible for receiving and securely storing approximately 100,000 copies of the guide, estimated at 22 pallets, typically during the second or third week of January. Evaluation may consider unit pricing, total cost of ownership, and historical usage, with specific local business preferences ranging from 3% to 6% for resident businesses. The vendor must maintain the guides in a clean, dry, and secure facility to ensure they remain in saleable condition. Invoicing is permitted monthly with typical Net 30 payment terms, and shipping costs are to be prepaid and billed as a separate line item.
