Late arrivers at the site will not be allowed to sign in, participate, nor submit a quote for this project. Method of Award: This is an RFQ (request for quotes). This is not an IFB (bid). The Broome DDSO intends to award the contract to the most responsible and responsive vendor that provides the lowest cost and meets the requirements detailed in the scope of work.
