All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 17 May at 2:00pm EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00pm EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Summary: The Department of National Defense (DND) Rocky Mountain Cadet Training Centre (RMCTC), located approximately 45 kilometers north of Cochrane, Alberta (AB), has the as-and-when requested requirement for provision of contracted food services. The food service work is split into two streams of service: Stream A is the High Season, on-site Services, and Stream B is the Low Season, on-site or off-site services. It is Canada’s intention to issue up to two (2) Standing Offers for this requirement; one (1) Standing Offer for Stream A may be issued to the Offeror that achieves the highest ranking for Stream A AND one (1) Standing Offer for Stream B may be issued to the Offeror that achieves the highest ranking for Stream B. The period of the requirement is one year with the option to extend by an additional two, one year periods.
