WBAMC Surgical Aspirator - Liposuction

The Department of Defense, through W40M MRC0 West, is conducting market research to determine an acquisition strategy for a single Aspirator, Surgical, Liposuction System to be delivered to William Beaumont Army Medical Center at Fort Bliss, Texas. This notice, identified by solicitation number PANHCA-26-P-0000-026646 and classified as a sources-sought action under NAICS code 334510, is not a solicitation and no contract will be awarded unless further acquisition planning leads to a formal request. The system must meet stringent technical specifications including FDA approval without unresolved recalls, the ability to infiltrate tumescent fluid with 5-10 micron gas bubbles, and emulsify fat using a 36 kHz solid grooved ultrasonic probe with both continuous and pulsed wave energy. The unit must include an infiltration and aspiration console with precise suction control, a digital readout capable of tracking up to 4500 mL, an adjustable reversible peristaltic pump, and the capability to connect up to four 1,250 mL collection canisters. A wireless footswitch is required for operator control, and the system must be accompanied by two copies of the operator manual and a warranty compliant with the Original Equipment Manufacturer’s terms.
