THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment for the complete removal of the existing bridge railing and posts at Weeks Brook Bridge. The work includes the installation of a new railing system, anchored to the superstructure as detailed in the contract drawings.  The new railing posts and guardrails shall conform to the standard details and specifications of the New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT). However, the connections of these components to the existing bridge superstructure shall be executed in accordance with the project-specific designs.
