♦ Receive and deliver (1) OEM Daikin relief valve. ♦ Mobilize onsite to building 64. ♦ Provide a large tonnage, refrigerant recovery specialist to recover and store refrigerant onsite. Refrigerant will be weighed to determine how much refrigerant has escaped. ♦ Remove failed relief valve and install new OEM valve using proper refrigerant thread sealant and tighten to manufacturer specified torque. ♦ Leak check the repair using dry nitrogen. ♦ Evacuate chiller down to 500 microns of atmosphere or less and perform a vacuum decay test. ♦ If test is passed, introduce the recovered refrigerant charge to the machine. ♦ Any additional required refrigerant will be quoted separately or be supplied by others. ♦ Start and commission chiller #2 and ensure its proper operation. ♦ Provide detailed report of findings to Invicta personnel. ♦ Daikin Factory support can now be scheduled to investigate and diagnose the ongoing issues with the machine. ♦ Clean and remove all debris from work area. ♦ Remove all recovery cylinders from work site. ♦ De-mobilize
