The Woodrow W. Keeble Memorial Health Care Center, under the Indian Health Service, is seeking input through a Sources Sought notice to identify qualified Indian Economic Enterprises for a non-personal services contract to provide software licensing, installation, support, and training for an inventory management system. The effort is designated as a Buy Indian Set-Aside (BICiv) under NAICS code 518210 and is intended to support healthcare operations on the Sisseton Wahpeton Sioux Tribe Reservation in South Dakota, with performance anticipated from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. Respondents must be certified as Indian Economic Enterprises in accordance with the Buy Indian Act and must complete and submit the IHS-IEE Representation Form, which requires self-certification of eligibility at the time of offer, award, and throughout contract performance. The government requires full compliance with federal regulations including HIPAA, the Privacy Act of 1974, and CMS and AHA coding and billing standards, and prohibits the inclusion of any proprietary, classified, or sensitive information in responses.
