VA prefers a site that is 6 to 8 developable acres and must be capable of accommodating a 25,309 net usable square foot (30,500 gross square foot) building with on-site parking for approximately 200 vehicles. VA will also consider acceptance of a donated site. VA prefers to enter into an assignable land option for the purchase of a fee simple site but may consider build-to-suit sites, and ground lease sites if deemed beneficial to VA. Explain any known factors that might prohibit the permitting, construction and/or operation of an outpatient clinic on the site offered. 7. State whether site is being offered as an assignable land option to purchase, build-to-suit and/or ground lease. Please also state asking prices for a sale or ground lease, as applicable.
