The contract is indivisible, covering both parks as a single package, with no guaranteed scope of work. Submittals must be concise, limited to 12 pages, and demonstrate the firm's qualifications, experience, technical knowledge, project approach, schedule, and references. The deadline for sealed submissions is February 29, 2024, at 11:00 AM, with the city reserving the right to reject all proposals or postpone awards. The process emphasizes equal opportunity, nondiscrimination, and adherence to federal civil rights laws, ensuring disadvantaged business enterprises can participate.
