2027 or Newer Vehicles

All vehicles must meet specific standard requirements, including power locks, power windows, air conditioning, and ABS brakes, while prohibiting vinyl interiors and dealer decals. The awarded vendor is responsible for all packaging, handling, and shipping charges, with all deliveries conducted F.O.B. Destination. Vendors must provide the VIN, color, and key code to fleet management 7 to 10 days prior to delivery. Required certifications include compliance with non-discrimination practices, registration with the South Dakota Secretary of State, and confirmation that the entity is not controlled by specific foreign governments. No bid bond is required for this solicitation, and price increases will not be considered until the contract has been in effect for 90 days.
