Requesting Letter of Intent (LOI) and Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) which may qualify vendor for Invitation for Bid (IFB) on Services Contract. Bus Bridge service between Charlottesville, VA and Washington, DC AND between Roanoke, VA and Washington, DC from October 27, 2026, through January 4, 2027, with additional option period of 30 days upon written request from Amtrak. Service requires a total of 2 ADA-lift equipped motorcoaches, seating 52 and 2 wheelchair tiedown spaces. Packets to be sent out immediately with vendor questions due no later than 2pm EST on 10/12/26. LOI/SOQ and Bids due no later than 2pm EST on 10/16/26.
