This is a Sources Sought Notice ONLY.  The U.S. Government to procure meals for cadets and cadre for the Junior Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) Dirigo in Bog Brook, Gilead, Maine 01 -19 June 2026. 


The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) is seeking information from potential sources to provide the meals in support of the U.S. Army Cadet Command's mission. Refer to the attachments:  Draft PWS and applicable wage determination.  The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide the specified meals in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. 


This synopsis is a market research tool being used in determining the procurement strategy. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or services.  Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this notice. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice.  Submittals will not be returned to the responder.  Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future advertisement, if any is issued.  The anticipated NAICS code is 722310.  Size standard is $47 Million.

  1. A statement of interest in the services contained herein.
  2. A synopsis of your company’s capabilities to perform the required services, including descriptions of past performance on contracts of similar size and scope.
