All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via email to Contracting Officer, Anthony Marion at anthony.marion2@va.gov no later than 10:00A.M. Central Time on August 6, 2026. 8. Quotes are due no later than August 19, 2026 at 10:00A.M. Central Time and shall be submitted electronically via e-mail to the Contracting Officer, Anthony Marion at anthony.marion2@va.gov 9. Site Visit: The Government will host a site visit on August 4, 2026 (Tuesday). Offerors are strongly encouraged to attend to familiarize themselves with local conditions that may affect performance and pricing. Site visit is for all interested offerors prior to quotation submission. This ensures all vendors can assess ceiling structure, med gas routing, conduit pathways, lighting locations, network connections, and integration requirements. Attendance is not required to submitting a quotation. The Government will post a written summary of questions and answers (Q&A) and any clarifying information resulting from the site visit for all prospective offerors.
