Respondents must be registered in SAM.gov and must provide their CAGE code, UEI number, business size classification—including any SDVOSB or VOSB status verified through the SBA’s certification portal—and detailed capability statements demonstrating ability to meet the scope, scale, schedule, and cost containment requirements under a firm-fixed-price contract. Proof of authorization to distribute the specified products is required, and equal-brand alternatives must be accompanied by technical literature. No proprietary, classified, or sensitive information should be included, and all information submitted may be used by the government for any legally appropriate purpose. The results of this market research will determine whether the future procurement will be set-aside for small businesses, SDVOSBs or VOSBs, or opened to full and open competition; however, no evaluation factors, award basis, or contract value are established at this stage.
