Full Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order and is not a request for competitive proposals under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The New Mexico Army National Guard Retention & Recruiting has a requirement for Outdoor athletic sponsorship/advertisement located in Albuquerque, NM. The government intends to solicit a quote and enter into a purchase order with Albuquerque Public Schools (APS), Albuquerque, NM, for the purchase of outdoor advertisement which is to provide local advertisement at all APS events, web page advertisement, NMARNG logos on stadium goal post pads and NMARNG logos on stadium football equipment, PA announcements at every varsity football contest, marketing and promotional opportunites at APS events, Coroplast ad panels, and Backlit Lexan panels. Market research has shown that there are no other known vendors in the local area to support the advertisment infrastructure and target the local audience throughout the state. The sponsorship/advertisement period of performance is from September 1, 2013 through August 31, 2014, and must be awarded no later that August 31, 2013. This is not a request for proposal. However, companies that can provide an equal product are welcome to submit specifications of their product/service, past performance information, price and delivery time. This information will be reviewed by the Government representatives for consideration for future requirements. The Government shall consider all responses received prior to the close date of this announcement. Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish bonafide capability. All responses must be received no later than August 14, 2013, 3:30PM, mountain standard time, and should indicate whether the vendor is a Small Business or Other Than Small Business.
