Amendment 0002 Please see attachment labeled, "Questions from Industry part 2" for additional questions and photos. The NVARNG is extending the Date Offers Due to: 9/24/2025 11:30 PM PDT. We cannot extend the due date any further due to internal suspenses related to the end of the fiscal year. End of Amendment 0002 ------------------------- Amendment 0001 The NVARNG received one question from industry. Which specific Scully model is installed? The customer subject matter expert was unavailable to answer the question, but a unit representative provided photes. Please see attachment labeled, "Questions from Industry." End of Amendment 0001 ------------------------- The United States Property and Fiscal Office Purchasing and Contracting Division on behalf of the 991st AVN requires a replacement of the Scully Deadman switch to reliably pull fuel from the underground tanks into the refueling vehicles, and provide a safety stop to the fuel if there is an issue during refueling. Currently, the switch is intermittent and poses a safety concern as using the fuel farm requires the Deadman to be bypassed, removing that guard. The filter separator vessel is beginning to fail, increasing the potential for dangerous particulates to make it into Aircraft fuel. (b) There is no current contract for this requirement. (c) Dates with Line Item Numbers (LINs): (1) LIN 0001 F-24 - Scully Deadman Switch Repair estimated Period of Performance (PoP) 22 September 2025 - 31 October 2025; (2) LIN 0002 F-24 - Filter Separator Vessel Repair Estimated PoP 22 September 2025 - 31 October 2025. 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Products and Commercial Services (NOV 2021) (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
