This RFI is for non-personal, severable, acquisition support services under NAICS Code 541715 – Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Nanotechnology and Biotechnology) and PSC AN42 – R&D Services; Health Care-Other; Applied Research, in support of the Naval Health Research Center (NHRC).

B. BACKGROUND
As the Department of War premier Health Research Center, Naval Health Research Center (NHRC) optimizes military operational readiness through cutting-edge research on warfighters, veterans, and family health. NHRC develops and delivers operational biomedical research solutions that enhance the health, safety, readiness, and performance of our military forces. This procurement will provide acquisition services in support of the Science Acquisition Support (SAS) Department at NHRC, with a potential sixty (60) month period of performance - consisting of a six (6) month base period, four (4) 12-month options, and one (1) 6-month option (if all options are exercised).
C. SCOPE/OBJECTIVE
The Naval Health Research Center (NHRC) requires non-personal, acquisition services in support of their Science Acquisition Support Department. The Contactor shall provide acquisition and compliance services related to contract administration and contract supervision. The Contractor shall provide contract modification support, invoice review and Contracting Office’s Representative (COR) support, post award administration support and contractor supervision. The Contractor must have administrative experience supporting military or medical research and development.

Contractor’s confirmation of current/active registration in SAM.gov.
