The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia office intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) single-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract in support of the United States Naval Community College (USNCC) to acquire Adjunct Faculty Services. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12. This solicitation will be solicited as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) applicable to this procurement 611310 with a size standard of 34.5 millions of dollars. The applicable PSC is U099.

By submission of a quotation, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from the solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award.
