Air ambulance Support to Fort Riley. Upon request by the Contracting Officer and/or an authorized Contracting Officer Representative (COR), The Contractor must provide all resources, except Government Furnished Property (GFP), necessary to provide rotary wing service, fully trained personnel (herein after referred to as medical flight crews), medical equipment, and all necessary supplies to perform air evacuation service for Fort Riley, Kansas. Evacuations will be to locales in Kansas and surrounding states as required. The required services are not limited to performance within the boundaries at Fort Riley, Kansas.
