The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza South, Bldg. 804, Maxwell AFB, AL requires the procurement of Associate Professor of Aerospace Studies (APAS) Instructors for four (4) Regional Commands, and 145 subordinate Detachments in support of the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corp (AFROTC).  This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.202(b)(1) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This official announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Offers are being  requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F2XJB16062AW01 and is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP).
